xxjl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above as required by PAGCOR. Registration is not permitted for persons under this age, and age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process.
If xxjl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete all personal data collected from that individual, and report the incident to PAGCOR and, where appropriate, to relevant child protection authorities.
