xxjl staff will never request your account password through any channel — including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from xxjl and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Where an account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms, xxjl reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real-money balances — where those funds are associated with prohibited conduct such as fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. In all other termination circumstances, real-money balances not subject to pending investigations will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting xxjl customer support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to any active bonus wagering requirements and may not be processed until outstanding wagering obligations are resolved. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the xxjl Platform, or any transaction conducted through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
